Terms of use

The terms under which Atlant Labs d.o.o. provides this website and offers Narivo, the AI receptionist.

Who provides this website

This website is provided by Atlant Labs d.o.o., Dr. Ante Starčevića 24, Dubrovnik, Croatia, OIB 89890773092, MBS 090034310. Narivo is a product of Atlant Labs. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Atlant Labs.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Using this website

This website is here to inform you about Narivo. You may read it, link to it and quote it with a reference to the source. Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read and index it.

You may not use the site in a way that harms it or other people: no attempts to break in, no overloading it, no false or bulk offer requests and nothing unlawful.

The Narivo name, logo, texts and design remain ours, as the section “Intellectual property” says.

Requesting an offer

Requesting an offer is free and does not oblige you to anything. We reply by e-mail or phone, as you choose, and send you an offer for the plan that fits your business. We may decline to make an offer.

Prices on the pricing page are in euros per month, without VAT. They may change. The offer we send states the price that binds us.

What we do with the details you send is in the privacy policy.

How Narivo is contracted

Narivo is sold to businesses, not to consumers. The agreement is the offer you accept. It names the plan, the price, the included minutes and messages, the price of use beyond them and how billing works.

Regular plans have no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time. Enterprise is agreed with each organisation.

Because the agent processes your callers’ personal data for you, a data-processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR is part of every customer agreement. It is tailored on request.

The offer says how the service ends, and the data-processing agreement says what happens to the data then.

Where the accepted offer says something different from these terms, the accepted offer applies.

Your responsibilities when using the agent

When your business uses the agent, you are the controller of your callers’ data and you remain responsible toward your callers. In particular, you:

  • tell your callers what the law requires, and obtain any consent you need, for example for recording calls;
  • use recordings, transcripts and summaries lawfully and only for your business’s legitimate purposes;
  • give the agent accurate data and rules, such as prices, opening hours and what it may book, and keep them current;
  • do not use the agent for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, for any practice the EU AI Act prohibits, or for the high-risk purposes listed in its Annex III;
  • keep your own route for emergencies: the agent is not an emergency service;
  • keep your access to the service secure and tell us at once if you think it has been misused.

Your business compensates Atlant Labs for claims by third parties that arise from a breach of these duties.

We may suspend the service, in full or in part, if it is used unlawfully, abusively or in a way that puts callers, other customers or our systems at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to fix it. The AI transparency page explains what the agent says to callers and what it decides.

Intellectual property

The Narivo name and logo, the texts and design of this website, and the software behind Narivo belong to Atlant Labs or its licensors.

Your business keeps its own data: the rules and information you give the agent, and your calls, recordings, transcripts and summaries.

Under an accepted offer you receive a right to use the agent as agreed, for the term of the agreement. It cannot be transferred, and it gives no other right to the software, the name or the logo.

Changes to the service and the site

We may change this website, these terms, the plans and the prices at any time. Changes to the website apply from the moment they are published here.

An accepted offer governs your service for its term. Before a change affects a service you are already using, we tell you in advance; a customer’s terms change only with that notice.

Liability

This website and the information on it are provided as they are, without any warranty that they are complete, current or free of errors. The prices and descriptions on the site are not a binding offer; only the offer we send you is. Nothing on the site is legal advice.

We provide the service with reasonable care. Any service level is the one the offer states.

The agent acts on the data and rules your business gives it. Like any AI system, it can misunderstand a caller, so your team checks the calls, transcripts and summaries that Narivo provides.

As far as Croatian law allows between businesses:

  • we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or loss caused by data or rules your business did not give us correctly;
  • our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for Narivo in the twelve months before the event that caused the loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow a provider to exclude or limit, such as liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Force majeure

Events outside our reasonable control suspend the obligations they affect for as long as they last. These include failures of telephone networks, hosting and other third-party services, power cuts, cyberattacks, natural disasters and acts of public authorities.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and any agreement for Narivo are governed by Croatian law, without its rules on conflict of laws and without the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If something goes wrong, talk to us first: most problems are solved by a conversation. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, the competent court for Dubrovnik decides it.

If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
