It answers when everyone is in a meeting or in court: books consultations and viewings, takes a structured first intake (who is calling, what it’s about, how urgent, callback number), answers routine questions from the office’s data (hours, fees, documents to bring), transfers urgent calls, and sends the callback request to the office by SMS and e-mail.
